Welcome to K9hub. These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases of K9hub digital products and services, including downloadable resources, online consultations and other educational or behaviour-support services offered by K9hub.

By purchasing a product or service from K9hub, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

K9hub digital products, including the K9hub Rescue Dog Starter Kit, are supplied electronically. Where a downloadable file is included, access will be provided following successful payment using the email address supplied at checkout.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide a valid email address and to ensure they have suitable software and equipment to access and use the digital product.

PERSONAL USE & COPYRIGHT

Unless otherwise stated, all K9hub digital products, written materials, worksheets, graphics and other resources are protected by copyright and are provided for the purchaser's personal, non-commercial use only.

You may download and print copies for your own personal use.

You must not reproduce, share, distribute, resell, upload, publish, modify for resale, or otherwise make K9hub materials available to another person or organisation without prior written permission from K9hub.

EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION

K9hub resources provide general educational information and practical guidance relating to dog behaviour, wellbeing and responsible dog ownership.

Every dog and situation is different. Information contained in K9hub resources is not a substitute for individual veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment, or for individual professional behaviour support where this is required.

If you are concerned about your dog's physical health, sudden behavioural changes, safety or wellbeing, you should seek appropriate veterinary or professional advice.

CONSULTATIONS & SERVICES

Advice provided during K9hub consultations is based on the information available at the time and the individual circumstances discussed or observed.

Behaviour can be influenced by factors including health, environment, learning history, management and individual temperament. For this reason, specific behavioural outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Where K9hub recommends veterinary assessment or another appropriately qualified professional, clients are responsible for arranging that care.

PAYMENTS

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment for online purchases is processed securely by the payment provider displayed at checkout. K9hub does not directly store your complete payment card details.

REFUNDS & CONSUMER RIGHTS

Please choose digital products carefully. K9hub does not generally offer refunds for change of mind after a digital product has been supplied or made available for download.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a K9hub product or service has a problem, is not supplied as described, or you believe you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, please contact K9hub at sharon@k9hub.com.au so the matter can be reviewed.

RESULTS & RESPONSIBILITY

K9hub aims to provide practical, welfare-focused guidance based on contemporary approaches to dog behaviour and wellbeing. However, individual results will vary.

Purchasing or using a K9hub resource does not create a guarantee of a particular behavioural outcome. Owners and carers remain responsible for the day-to-day management, supervision, safety and welfare of their animals and for deciding when veterinary or other professional assistance is required.

WEBSITE & THIRD-PARTY LINKS

K9hub resources and websites may contain links to third-party websites, services or resources for convenience. K9hub is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices or operation of third-party websites.

PRIVACY & COMMUNICATIONS

Personal information supplied when purchasing a product, making an enquiry or booking a service will be used to process the transaction, provide the requested product or service, communicate with you about your purchase, and otherwise operate K9hub in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.

Marketing emails will only be sent where permitted by law, and recipients can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

K9hub may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on the K9hub website at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded by law.
